One-Year Craftsmanship Warranty

Every piece of Casa Isa jewelry is handmade by skilled artisans in Ukraine. We stand behind the quality of our work with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

What's Covered

Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for one year from your purchase date:

Broken clasps or closures due to faulty construction
Loose or lost stones due to setting failure or poor prong work
Chain breaks under normal wear due to weak soldering
Structural defects in the metalwork (cracks, broken earring posts, ring bands splitting)

If your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you.

What's Not Covered

Normal wear and tear: Sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time. This is a normal characteristic of the material, not a defect.
Damage from improper care: Exposure to chemicals, chlorine, perfumes, lotions, or water
Physical damage: Scratches, bending, crushing, or damage from dropping
Improper storage: Damage from storing multiple pieces together or in humid conditions
Loss or theft
Alterations or repairs done by anyone other than Casa Isa
Normal patina: The natural darkening of sterling silver over time

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect:

Email us at contact@casaisajewelry.com within one year of purchase
Include photos of the issue from multiple angles
Provide your order number
Describe how you've been wearing and caring for the piece

We'll review your claim and respond within 1-2 business days. If your issue is covered under warranty, we'll provide instructions for next steps.

Repair or Replacement

Depending on the issue, we'll either repair your piece or replace it with an identical item. If the exact piece is no longer available, we'll offer you a replacement of equal value.
