You have 30 days from delivery to exchange or return your Casa Isa jewelry for any reason. Every piece is handmade by artisans in Ukraine, and we want you to feel completely confident in your choice.

How to Exchange Your Jewelry

Email us at casaisajewelry@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Tell us what you'd like to exchange for, and we'll confirm availability and send our return address. Ship your original piece back using tracked shipping (you cover return shipping, typically $5-10 via USPS). Once we receive it, we'll send your replacement right away.

Price Adjustments:

  • If your new piece costs more, just pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method

Returns & Refunds

Prefer to return for a full refund? No problem. Send your jewelry back and receive a refund to your original payment method.

Return Process:

  1. Email casaisajewelry@gmail.com within 30 days with your order number
  2. We'll send return instructions and our return address within 1-2 business days
  3. Ship your item back using tracked shipping (you pay return shipping)
  4. We process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
  5. Your bank posts the refund within 5-10 additional business days

Return Requirements:

  • Unworn and in original condition (trying on for fit is perfectly fine)
  • Tags attached if applicable
  • Original packaging when possible
  • Free from lotions, perfumes, or makeup

What Gets Refunded:

  • Full purchase price of your jewelry
  • Original shipping costs (only if item arrived damaged or defective)

What's Not Refunded:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Express or expedited shipping fees

Store Credit Alternative

Not sure what you want yet? Choose store credit instead of a refund. Store credit never expires, is available immediately, and gives you time to browse our collection. Just let us know when you contact us.

Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns and exchanges, you're responsible for return shipping (typically $5-10 via USPS with tracking for US customers). We recommend tracked shipping so you can monitor your package.

We cover return shipping when:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • We sent the wrong item
  • There's a manufacturing defect

Just email us with photos first, and we'll provide a prepaid return label.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us immediately at casaisajewelry@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We'll send a replacement or process a full refund (including original shipping), and we'll cover all return shipping costs. If we made a mistake, we fix it at no cost to you.

International Returns & Exchanges

Our 30-day policy applies worldwide. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For exchanges, we cover shipping on your replacement piece. Any customs fees or import duties paid on the original shipment are non-refundable and are the customer's responsibility.

Items We Cannot Accept

Final Sale Items:
Clearly marked on product pages. Cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.

After 30 Days:
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. After that window, we cannot accept returns for refund. However, if there's a quality issue, email us, and we'll do our best to help.

Items Showing Wear:
We inspect all returns. Items showing signs of wear, damage, tarnish, or alterations may not be accepted or may receive a partial refund.

How long does it take to get my refund?

We process refunds within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Your bank or credit card company may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the funds to your account.

How long does it take to get my exchange?

We ship exchanges within 1-2 business days of receiving your original item. You'll receive a tracking email when your new piece ships.

Can I cancel my order after I place it?

Yes! Email us at casaisajewelry@gmail.com anytime before your order ships and we'll cancel it for a full refund.

What if I ordered the wrong ring size?

No problem! Email us to exchange it for the correct size. Ring size exchanges are one of the most common requests we handle.

Can I return jewelry I received as a gift?

Yes! Our 30-day policy applies to gifts. We'll refund to the original payment method or provide store credit.

What if I lose my return tracking number?

Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number until your return is processed. If your return gets lost and you don't have tracking, we unfortunately cannot be responsible.

Can I exchange one item for multiple items?

Yes! Let us know what you'd like and we'll calculate the price difference.

Do I need to include the original packaging?

We prefer returns in original packaging when possible, but if you no longer have it, just pack your jewelry securely to prevent damage during shipping.

What if I'm between two sizes?

Please check our size guide before ordering. If it doesn't fit, you can easily exchange it within 30 days.

Can I exchange sterling silver for gold plated?

Yes! You can exchange for any item in our collection. If there's a price difference, we'll handle that when processing your exchange.
