Every Casa Isa piece is handmade by skilled artisans in Ukraine and ships directly from Ukraine to your door, carefully packaged and ready to wear or gift.
Free Shipping on All US Orders
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to US addresses. No minimum purchase required. No code needed. Just free shipping, always.
Shipping Timeline
Standard Shipping (Free for US Orders):
Most orders arrive within 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase. Shipped via UkrPoshta, then delivered by your national postal service (USPS in the US).
Express Shipping:
Approximately 10 days from the date of purchase via FedEx. Express shipping is available for an additional fee at checkout.
Why 2-3 Weeks?
Your Casa Isa jewelry isn't sitting in a warehouse. Each piece is handmade by Ukrainian artisans, which means quality takes time. Here's the journey your jewelry takes:
- Handcrafting - Your piece is made with care and attention to detail
- Quality inspection - Each piece is checked before packaging
- International shipping - Jewelry travels from Ukraine via UkrPoshta
- Customs clearance - Packages clear customs (this can add a few days)
- Final delivery - USPS or your local postal service delivers to your door
We know 2-3 weeks is longer than Amazon Prime. But handmade jewelry, ethical craftsmanship, and meaningful symbols are worth the wait.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International shipping times vary by destination:
- Europe: 1-2 weeks
- Canada: 2-3 weeks
- Australia/New Zealand: 3-4 weeks
- Asia: 2-4 weeks
- South America: 3-4 weeks
These are estimates. Actual delivery depends on customs processing in your country.
International Shipping Costs:
Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Tracking Your Order
Shipping Confirmation:
You'll receive an email with a tracking number within 3-5 business days of placing your order.
Monitoring Your Package:
Use your tracking number to follow your jewelry's journey from Ukraine to your door. International tracking can sometimes show limited updates while packages are in transit or clearing customs. This is normal and doesn't mean your package is lost.
Tracking Delays:
If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ days, email us at contact@casaisajewelry.com and we'll investigate.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Before Shipping:
You can cancel or modify your order anytime before it ships. Email contact@casaisajewelry.com with your order number and we'll take care of it.
After Shipping:
Once your order has shipped, we cannot cancel it. If you no longer want it, you can return it within 30 days of delivery using our Returns & Exchanges policy.
Address Changes:
We cannot change the shipping address after an order is placed. Please double-check your address before completing checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For International Orders:
You may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are not included in your order total.
Casa Isa has no control over these fees and cannot predict what they'll be. Contact your local customs office before ordering if you have questions about potential charges.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If Your Package Shows Delivered But You Didn't Receive It:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Look around your delivery location (packages are sometimes left in unexpected spots)
- Wait 24 hours - carriers sometimes mark packages delivered before they actually arrive
Still Missing?
Email us at contact@casaisajewelry.com with your order number. We'll help you file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Stolen Packages:
We're not responsible for packages stolen after delivery, but we'll do our best to help. In some cases, we may offer a discount on a replacement order.
Significant Delays:
If your order is more than 7 days past the estimated delivery window, contact us at contact@casaisajewelry.com and we'll investigate.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging
- Inspect your jewelry carefully
- Email us immediately at contact@casaisajewelry.com with photos
If the jewelry inside is damaged, we'll send a replacement or process a refund at no cost to you. This is covered under our warranty.
Packaging
Your Casa Isa jewelry arrives in:
- A protective soft pouch for storing your jewelry
- Secure packaging to prevent damage during shipping
- Beautiful presentation, ready to wear or gift
We don't currently offer gift wrapping, but our packaging is gift-ready.

Yes! Express shipping (approximately 10 days) via FedEx is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Why does my jewelry ship from Ukraine?
Our jewelry is handmade by skilled Ukrainian artisans. Shipping directly from the source ensures you receive authentic, handcrafted pieces.
What if I need my jewelry by a specific date?
Email us at contact@casaisajewelry.com before ordering. We'll let you know if we can meet your timeline. For time-sensitive orders, choose express shipping.
What carrier do you use?
Standard shipping uses UkrPoshta, then transfers to your national postal service (USPS in the US). Express shipping uses FedEx.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
Standard shipping via USPS can deliver to PO Boxes. FedEx express shipping cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If you have a PO Box and need express shipping, email us at contact@casaisajewelry.com before ordering.
What if the address I entered is wrong?
Contact us immediately at contact@casaisajewelry.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update it. If it's already shipped, we'll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee the package can be redirected.
